Birx said (from my memory): "There is absolutely no way to determine that until we have serum testing (for antibodies)."
She then went on to explain to the FAKE NEWS specialist that (my words again): THERE IS NO BENEFIT TO SOCIAL DISTANCING THE WHOLE COUNTRY IF NO ONE HAS THE DISEASE (or a minuscule few whose presence and location are unknown, perhaps because they just arrived from China like the individual who infected the nursing home in WA State) .
Then Fauci came on and pointed out that the social distancing was, AS HE HAD EXPLAINED OVER AND OVER, to reduce the fat part of the curve.

I love how Fauci told the obnoxious reporter something like, “I hesitate to answer that because the answer could be used as a sound bite”.
