anyone got an idea how much k2 you are suppose to take with vitamin d.

my Dr prescribed the megadose of 50k once a week but said nothing about K2..which i know you are suppose to take

This is what we take RC. Check the label for the amount of K2 it contains.

You need to take K2 with your D3 to activate it. My local health food store has chewable 10,000IU D3 tablets and chewable K2 500 mg tablets. I have problems swallowing capsules, so I gravitate to chewables. Costco stock D3 5000UI in small, oily capsules. My preferred K Complex is made by Nutricology. I selected that one for the higher mk4 fraction aimed a colon health.
