Thanks! Beau is a genius when it comes to building things. He constantly amazes me with his skill set. So BLESSED to have him. He’ll be a great partner in the coming Zombie attacks. ;)

“Wife emailed a grocery list to our local Wal Mart and picked up without getting out of the car. Its the first time we’ve done this.”

I’ve noticed that our Walmart lot is busier in the area of pick-ups, and in the store I see lots of clerks now, wheeling around carts and picking orders. They have a different colored vest than the other clerks.

Our Walmart is 100% back to normal, 3 weeks after the big ‘Scavenger Hunt for TP’ took place. I shopped yesterday, mid-day and had no problems with getting what I needed at all. Only delay was some doofus at the Brat cooler who couldn’t make up his mind. I didn’t want to get close to him for fear he’d deck me for not being 6’ away! He FINALLY made up his mind and then it was my turn to annoy the person behind ME. (First World Problems, for sure!)

Pork chops are in the rotation for us this weekend, too. Grilled, I think. :)

Our local butcher shop fatures racks of cooked and smoked BBQ ribs.
These are a bit dry to my taste.
Wife likes to use a neighbor’s modified recipe: Revove packaing and wrap in tin foil with some more BBQ sauce and a doze of apple juice. The ribs come out in an hour with the meat falling off the bone!
