Mine is just straight Quercetin.
My zinc is the picolinate. I happened to order it a month ago.
Quercetin is problematic by itself. I dont remember all the particulars. They talk about it a lot on Texag.
Bromelian is suppose to help it absorb.
But the Phytowhatever is suppose to be better.
The Dr there is taking zinc picowhatever, Quecertin with Phytowhatever, and melatonin.
