Go to the very end where the young Lt. Governor turns it back over to Governor DeWine and listen to what DeWine says (about a min.). He knows something. HE KNOWS SOMETHING.
What did DeWine say?

And The People Prayed Without Ceasing...
At yesterday's press conference, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine concluded with a portion of President Eisenhower's June 6 1944 D-Day prayer:
"And, O Lord, give us Faith. Give us Faith in Thee; Faith in our sons; Faith in each other; Faith in our united crusade. Let not the keenness of our spirit ever be dulled. Let not the impacts of temporary events, of temporal matters of but fleeting moment let not these deter us in our unconquerable purpose.
With Thy blessing, we shall prevail over the unholy forces of our enemy."
Eisenhower's full radio address is down the page at this link:
DeWine concludes with a portion of FDR’s D-Day prayer?
DeWine concludes with a portion of FDR’s D-Day prayer?
he ends with FDR d-day prayer.
D-DAY is around the corner? seems like a stretch
Don’t know which moment you are referring to, but I found DeWine’s prayer choice most interesting. It was part of the prayer that FDR used in his radio address on D-Day.
I think I selected the entire part that DeWine used:
And, O Lord, give us Faith. Give us Faith in Thee; Faith in our sons; Faith in each other; Faith in our united crusade. Let not the keenness of our spirit ever be dulled. Let not the impacts of temporary events, of temporal matters of but fleeting moment let not these deter us in our unconquerable purpose.

I did not go back to check if I’m right, but I think he left out “Faith in our sons”.
Unholy forces, indeed.
