When I first watched the clip of Degeneres walking (before Gitmo was suggested) I thought it was odd that she switched the hand she was holding her phone with. I thought "Aw, poor baby's arm got tired."

Now, post-Gitmo speculation, it's as if there was something in the background she didn't want to be filmed--something that might give away her location like a building or a landscape.
