Or, not.

Both Russia and China are “nationalist” cultures. They believe that being Russian or Chinese is their destiny as a people.
The Globalist are running into the same issues as in the US under Trump.
They are getting very little traction from Russians and Chinese.
Trumps can take advantage of that and offer them some autonomy.
They (Ruskie/Chinee) don’t accept the concept of a single world government (unless it is THEIR government).

It may not be “cooperation” but more of a common enemy in the fight which puts Trump/Putin and Xi (and to a lesser extent, Kim/Abe/Bibi) in a “sympatico” relationship.

They aren’t working with Trump but what is more likely is they are all using the same tactics in the common fight againt the OWLs.

That makes sense. I can imagine POTUS coming to some understanding with Putin and Xi on some broad aims, but within that they still view us as competitors. Some of the agreement on broad aims may have been more like POTUS telling them that this is how such and such is going to play out and leaving them no choice in the matter. Being that we are still stronger militarily and economically than both of them they’ve had no choice but to go along. This is all speculation. I would love to be a fly on the wall during POTUS’s meetings with both Putin and Xi.

Regarding the info that came to light yesterday about 30 million cell phone users in China that are no longer active, implying they are dead, how reliable is that information?

I don't mean in terms of technology, but in terms of intel.

If it is a reliable source, is it possible to derive geographic details from the same data source? That would be devastating news if a graphic could be produced that compared a before/after snapshot of cell phone traffic density.

That would be analogous to the nighttime satellite image of North Korea and South Korea showing the difference in availability to electricity and such a comparison could produce a photo worth much more than a thousand words.
