Oddly, we’re still running slight fevers, up about 1 degree and intermittent headaches.
We’re healthy, mid 50’s, eat right mostly, and heavy weight lift 3 & 4 times each week. We miss the gym. We found ourselves weaker and sorry of breath trying to lift recently and decided best to reset until we felt better. Will try again Monday.

I’m glad to hear that and good morning also. I read about the hammer and tried that when I got sick with the flu last year. I don’t normally get sick but when I do it takes me down. The hammer worked for me. I felt better in about 24 hours and back to work 48 hours from start of regimen.
Working out has been a challenge for my family. Well for my kids anyhow. I had to kick them out of bed and get them logged on to their gym via social media. They’ve been doing a morning devotional and 30 minute workouts to keep them healthy and fit. I think they’re hoping to get the cheer season going sooner rather than later. Save a portion of the season. Many will be asking for refunds on the money we already paid.
I have been keeping fit by tilling a new garden. Planted sweet corn, cukes, watermelon, cantaloupe, onions and several other fruits. I did not break out the tractor, used the honda tiller. It beats the crap out of my 50’s body.
