All those crematoriums, industrial furnaces, and huge sulfur dioxide plumes were sending a big message which most ignored. Don't forget that the steel mills were running full bore while the industries needing steel were shut down...
Also, without waste disposal services running, might some of sulfur dioxide plumes be from burning of trash?

"A Medical Worker Describes Terrifying Lung Failure From COVID-19 Even in His Young Patients"
"It first struck me how different it was when I saw my first coronavirus patient go bad. I was like, Holy shit, this is not the flu. Watching this relatively young guy, gasping for air, pink frothy secretions coming out of his tube.
How a FluBro converts . . .

It goes from the respirating maker, to the foil, into your mouth --all in less than 5 minutes.
No thanks.

That’s also why they make coolers and little fridges for the larger rigs. Heat off the engine for warming canned goods.
Mini mobile home. Prep the rig for the entire trip. Restock back home.

Possible Solution:
Shut all nonessential industries down for 14 days... (maximum incubation time).
After shutdown open all companies.
Each company has people stationed at work place entrance taking temperatures. Those with a temperature are taken to medical care facilities - proactive care reduces extreme care - saving supplies for those who really need them.
Grocery stores and pharmacies also take temperatures of all people entering.
This saves lives and the economy. Its a modified Singapore system...

I think cooking will kill the virus. But what about the salad? And the packaging? I think? How about providing an answer by doing some research.

Taking temperatures gets you one out of two CV positive folks.
That is a great batting average in baseball, in virus fighting, not so much....

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=3&v=_J60fQr0GWo&feature=emb_logo The crisis gripping the town at the centre of the global COVID-19 crisis in Italy has been witnessed by Sky News' Chief Correspondent Stuart Ramsay. Italy has hit a grim milestone in its fight against the coronavirus pandemic, and authorities there want to send a warning to the rest of the world. Thanks for posting that. In Italy the Case Fatality Rate for all closed cases is 44%. What that means is that of all the KNOWN cases that are now closed, 44% have died. Of course, there are probably many, many undiagnosed cases that would increase that denominator, and thereby lower the CFR, but even if there are 10 times as many unknown cases as there are known ones, the CFR would be 7.4%. THAT, my dear flu bros, is why this is not like the flu.

We need to shut down the virus carriers - not the country.
After a two week ‘shelter in place’ most people who have extreme cases will be identified. Those ‘newly’ infected will be discovered going into work, school - or buying food. That cuts down on new infections while allowing the country to get back to work. And it safeguards other employees, other students, other shoppers, etc etc....
We can’t afford to shut down the country - easier to ‘shut down’ the carriers...

Ha, MO.health.gov moved their county info. I thought they had ditched it. They also added age and whether cases are believed to be travel related or not.
More 20 somethings than anything. Plenty of 30 somethings too. Pretty much even across ages really. Very interesting.
A different page has this info, Deaths: 3 (Boone, Jackson and St. Louis Counties) Cases: 73
Unrelated, My neighbor who's property is for his recreational use, is here for the weekend and by the sound of it, shooting off the largest gun he has, possiblly to vent some frustration.
