However, her brother’s college graduation just got canceled and she is beginning to understand all her end of year high school senior events might be axed also. Too many times we neglect to think these young people are grieving things they have looked forward to with a lot of excitement. So we are going to have some sadness here for awhile.

Can so relate! Our second grandson is graduating in May and I am so concerned we won’t have a graduation to attend :-( He has worked SO hard his whole school life I hate this for him.

God bless him! I don't have a suggestion but this is when we pull out skills learned by our older generations and do some "outside the box" thinking. I have considered myself fortunate to have been raised by grandparents who married in 1932. Used to love hearing their stories of how they coped with the adversities during the 30's and 40's. If any people in the USA can come up with alternative ideas it's us FreeQs. Somehow, your grandson, TX Bubba's kids and the rest will be honored in these milestones of life. Saying that as a prayer that the Lord gives the ideas and wisdom.
