“triage tents” are a great idea, as is offsite testing like those drive-thrus.

I’m convinced from general reports that the virus uses the healthcare system as a significant vector due to it’s latency.
Yeah, hospitals know well to avoid being disease vectors, but this virus has been beating them anyway.

Can we get a holiday from the paperwork? For a very small business with a lot of individual expenses (tracking automobile costs, properly documenting every small supply purchase, etc.) that (or paying an accountant) is almost as bad as the dang tax. I’d much rather have a national sales tax with some exemptions for food and such. (Yeah, I know that isn’t perfect either.)

It does seem to be falling in Washington state. We had our first patient on January 20 the same as South Korea and they also seem to be falling.

Hopefully it will fall throughout the nation. I don’t think anyplace will replicate our nursing home deaths which apparently were caused by patient zero who returned here from Wuhan.

The ‘social distancing’ in SK really reduced their incoming cases a lot.

IIRC they closed schools, big venues and told anyone who tested positive or was a contact of someone who tested positive to sit their a@@es at home.

Watch how the USSC votes on the Louisiana case. Even delaying their decision may have had repercussions for us from on high, if you get my drift.

That is a wow for sure. They say that county in NC has no cases of coronavirus. I guess the sheriff wants to keep it that way.

These kinds of actions have a way of multiplying. Once one county does it, others will follow. I don't think it can be allowed. No way people can freely travel and conduct commerce if some county along the route is restricting thru access. I'd look for the NC Governor to put a stop to this.
