You know, if Americans want Socialism, maybe buying up all that toilet paper is warranted.
One of the first articles about Socialism not working out so well in Venezuela, was written about poor people complaining that "at least under the previous system we had toilet paper."
This was written when the store shelves were starting to be empty but long before the outright starvation, eating of housepets, and drinking of sewer water took place.
