Don’t know about Badboo but in my boonies locale, it’s DSL from the local phone co or satellite and satellite sucks. We’re lucky that we’re close to one of the big phone junction box that requires electric to it. We get as good a signal as people down town so we have no problem streaming TV.

Local cooperative, originally created for farm rural telephone service. They got into the high speed grants under Obama. Pulled new fiber optic broadband cables everywhere. Super fast. Neighboring county has Frontier complete disaster, was like Cox Internet when I was in Virginia, absolutely atrocious. That is one thing to check before moving to a rural area. Now our cell phone service has lots of holes in it from all providers, but that I dont care about. I have a $10/ month flip phone for travel which is seldom.
