Between last thread and this one, I now have nearly 1500 unread posts. Reading these threads is unsustainable for me (and, no doubt, for others as well).

I’m most interested in relevant news updates, like those found in these threads. Are there some reliable places online that offer mainly those updates, with at most a limited amount of insightful discussion?

This thread is the best source I’ve found. Others online are worse.

Try skimming. Looking just at users that consistently post information, look for posts with links...

Yeah, if I get behind, I just scroll pages quickly reading the links. Too bad most people don’t seem to know how to get a link to an individual tweet. Most of those don’t have a link. Some only give a twitter handle and not a person’s name.

This Thread is pretty useless for actual verified information. It’s really cool for rampant speculation and if you want to know what the common uninformed person is thinking at any time and how the masses are reacting to various news stories. This might be more important than actual facts.
