COVID-19 coronavirus cases rise to 15 in Ecuador

Through a press release published on its social networks, the Ministry of Health of Ecuador announced that the cases of coronavirus COVID-19 increased to 15 in the country.

It looks like the person contracted it while on vacation in Europe in late February. He is a resident of Carver County, southwest of Minneapolis.
Carver County is a half suburban/half rural county. The eastern side is very suburbanized and the western half is mostly smaller towns and farms.
