Just get yourself some 91% rubbing alcohol...and paper towels. Put towels in Ziplock type bag, and soak with Rubbing alcohol. I carry one with me when I go into a store and use it everywhere I feel the need, especially if they make me SIGN something at the register. Or, even a spray bottle with the Rubbing Alcohol to spray your hands with when needed...and your steering wheel, gear shift, door handle, and on, and on, and on...JUST some ideas.
You have to do more research on that. SOmething about that it is too strong and you really need 70 percent. I have to figure this one out.
