Folks do not want to hear this, but I am predicting the New York state National Guard will be enforcing a quarantine on parts of NYC before this is over....and I think Governor Cuomo already knows this.
(Hint: He may not have told Di Blasio—yet.)

Second hint: There will be _no_ warning of a quarantine. That would defeat the whole purpose.

there was a post yesterday from someone near phoenix who saw 2 c5’s land (unusual) and more unusual 4 train whistles at night on a track that rarely has trains.
I would think DoD is putting assets in place for whatever their domestic pandemic playbook says they need.

Yes! He passed a very draconian executive privilege or law giving him total control just a day or so ago. Heard about it on the radio this morning.
