A 65-year-old resident of Santa Clara County, Calif., who has no known history of travel to countries hit hard by the outbreak, has tested positive for coronavirus, people familiar with the case said Friday.
There is no known connection between the new patient and anyone else diagnosed with the disease, known as covid-19. On Wednesday, health authorities revealed the nations first case of community transmission, a woman in Solano County, about 90 miles away.

Maybe not, but for a whole lot of urban people in the state, you gotta look outside and see all the homeless and go, damn, if they get it, how are THEY going to self quarantine... Especially since in some places, the homeless are living between you and your car or street.
Two cases. That’s it. We’re all done for.
I wonder if any of these people recently bought something that shipped from China ?
It’s going to be 80 degrees here in Florida next week. How long does the virus live at that temperature?
Scientists have found the virus lives in feces and diarrhea particles can expel the virus many meters. It will be a public health disaster in San Fransisco with all the homeless defecating in the streets.
That's the impression.
If so, she doesn't have any clue what the status of the persons around her were.
...who has no known history of travel to countries hit hard by the outbreak
Does she have a history of travel to nations not known to be problematic then?
