There are 39.5 million people in California. Probably more if you count illegals. I don’t think it’s time to panic yet.
Maybe not, but for a whole lot of urban people in the state, you gotta look outside and see all the homeless and go, damn, if they get it, how are THEY going to self quarantine... Especially since in some places, the homeless are living between you and your car or street.
