The way someone wears their hair affects how people.treat them so lets pass a law that says you cant treat anyone different for the way they wear their hair.. was the county board bored? And how do you prove you were discrimianted against because of your hair? Do you accuse someone of not liking your hair? Is this another rasta wanting a job at a restaurant but cant get hired because NO-ONE wants your dirty filthy smelly hair in their eggs? or will hair be on the menu just like bacon ?
