Since the CDC is not doing testing, this person may had to get very sick before they tested him.
Wonder how many trips he went to the Doctor for before they determine he had Coronvirus since the CDC only test certain people. How many days did it take, how many people did he had contact with...
It is my theory that it is well known that there is no stopping this and the plan is to keep panic low, test only obvious cases, allow financial markets to stay as strong as possible as long as possible, all the while, prepare fedgov for radical measures they know will be needed anyway once medical care is overwhelmed. This explains military bases setting up facilities across the nation. POTUS said, when asked if US is prepared for lockdown/quarantine like China “were prepared for that and more if needed, but probably/hopefully not necessary”...something to the effect.

I found this, from yesterday....
...An international traveler who arrived before dawn Monday at Naval Base Ventura County at Point Mugu has been put under a federal 14-day quarantine for coronavirus, officials said.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said Sunday in a statement that the base could house passengers arriving at Los Angeles International Airport. The department was not immediately available to comment on how many travelers could be sent to the Point Mugu location....

San Fran must have know, they issue the state of emergency 30 mins before the announcement of the new case.
Hamilton Air Force Base hasn’t been a thing for 30 years. Maybe you mean Travis AFB? Solano County is where it is. So it seems likely something went FUBAR and it was spread at Travis.
