I will try and find it, but I read that Soros had/has a pharmaceutical lab in China(same city where the outbreak started). And, he is working from the ground up contributing to all manner of local DAs, politicians and causes such as Stay Abrams “voter suppression” organization which is causing a lot of headaches .

Search “Soros-connection-to-bio-labs”, pulls up 2014 allegations concerning the Sierra Leone lab and a rumored connection to it, by the Gates’ money and Soros. Ebola period confirms contributions made in an African effort to conquer that virus.

Tongue in cheek reads are from blogs I never heard of who made Allegations, but also found an article making a fairly unbiased and detailed assessment of the allegations and they do list the, purportedly, actual parties involved. University of Texas, for example, is one among other research facilities you would recognize who are or were openly engaged in the Sierra Leone lab.
The Article followed all the apparent trails for the Soros connection assertions, but writer found no shred of proof, but for one gal who was a recipient of Soros Open Society, or whatever, funding.
The blogs alleging Soros connections to biotech labs characterized Soros, in plentiful fashion, but produced no actual proofs.
Soros would of course know how to remain remote and veiled, however, but, as far as google takes us, there is found nothing that yet extracts all the biotech allegations from the lanes of rumor, or “conspiracy”, or assumptions lanes and drops them on *factual* ground.
