Meghan Markle has told friends there is nothing 'legally stopping' her and Prince Harry from using their Sussex Royal name, despite the Queen banning them from using it, DailyMail.com has learned.
The 38-year-old complained to her inner circle that using the name 'shouldn't even be an issue in the first place and it's not like they want to be in the business of selling T-shirts and pencils,' the insider said.
They added: 'Meghan said she's done with the drama and has no room in her life for naysayers, and the same goes for Harry.'
On Tuesday, DailyMail revealed the Queen and senior officials agreed the two could no longer keep the word 'royal' in their 'branding', despite the likely thousands of dollars Meghan and Harry have already sunk into their website and trademark

I think Harry woke up a long time ago when someone told him Charles wasn’t his father. Since then he has hated the whole royal family. He’s been sticking his finger in Elizabeth’s eye since then. He’s sitting back and letting Meghan do the dirty work for him.
Really? They're not doing a very good job of that, living in a 14M gated mansion and working with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
One would think that they would have learned better than to let another crass American gold digger get into their business.
Agreed. I think they should take a step away from the public eye for a bit, regroup, and...try to be more ordinary people-oriented right away rather than be in the billionaire schmoozing business.
This brings to me the question, Is there a whisky that has received the Royal warrant?
He is still and will be the Duke of Sussex. This is about them using the title in commercial enterprises, which includes their social media pages. The Queen has refused permission for them to do so.
We’ll see how long they stay the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
I think Queen Elizabeth sees it otherwise.
Somewhere like Alberta would be good for them I think.
