Bruno seems to think "23" was highlighted by having the instructor in front of it. That seems to take him back to Q post 1422 (or 1415) which has "23" as part of the sender's ID:
"NowC@mesTHEP@IN—-23".
The post says:
They thought it was coming yesterday.

Perhaps "Follow the pen" leads us back to what follows "THEP@IN" (almost rhymes), which is the number 23, which
suggests that something is going to happen on the 23rd.
