Bruno seems to think "23" was highlighted by having the instructor in front of it. That seems to take him back to Q post 1422 (or 1415) which has "23" as part of the sender's ID:
"NowC@mesTHEP@IN—-23".

The post says:

They thought it was coming yesterday.
They were wrong.
Follow the pen.
Q

Perhaps "Follow the pen" leads us back to what follows "THEP@IN" (almost rhymes), which is the number 23, which suggests that something is going to happen on the 23rd.

The only significance “23” has for me is that 02-23-1969 was my DEROS date. The date I left RVN to return to CONUS, fifty one years ago tomorrow. That’s a date I will never forget.
