Kulua Lampur had 4 cases of virus on Jan24 from Chinese tourists on tour buses and two more cases Feb 5. And that’s just what they are admitting. It’s still crammed with Chinese from Wuhan. Why oh why would anyone fly there ? Arggggggh

I’d reword the bulletin a lot stronger to say all Americans testing negative are required to immediately disembark and return to the US by special charter flight.
