Something strikes me as odd about this. When I watch TV coverage of this, none of the protesters are what I would think of as "indigenous" people. They all look white, white, white to me, as if they were paid by someone to stir up trouble.
The other odd thing about this is that Baby Justin is out of the country. He's been galavanting all over Africa and Europe in order to muster support for Canada to be one of 15 members of the UN Security Council. There's an obvious power vacuum back at home, and the protesters have the Canadian economy (as my parents used to say) "by the short hairs".
Ordinary people are calling for the resumption of the rule of law, but the government is playing wait-and-see. My father's conspiracy theory is that U.S. oil interests are trying to shut down the Canadian petroleum industry. To me it's more likely that Justin is the one who wants to shut it down so that Canada will be forced to rely on "green" energy (burning trees?). He has stepped out of the way so that the country can collapse into socialism -- and he'll have a new job on the Security Council.
Finally, Baby Justin has grown a beard, perhaps to overcome that juvenile look, even though he's 48. Now, he just looks like a kid with a beard,.
Or perhaps he's trying to take on the revolutionary visage of his "real" dad, Fidel.

I AGREE.. Thank God for DJT and his whack job on the environmentalists that were trying to shut down our pipelines and dependence on fossil fuels.
Very few articles have touted the fact that we can withdraw from warring countries, dastardly Paris Accords, and even we can pull up the drawbridges if the WuFlu goes world-wide because of our domestic oil and natural gas production. We can encourage EU countries to avoid contracts with RUSSIA RUSSIA for oil by offering them our own products, etc.
Our independence from foreign oil has led to our greater national protection and greater freedom.
