Andrew McCabe denies claim that John Durham offered pre-indictment plea deal

Andrew McCabe's legal team denied a claim that the former FBI deputy director was offered a pre-indictment plea deal from U.S. Attorney John Durham, who is conducting a criminal inquiry into the origins of the Russia investigation.

Conservative commentator Mark Levin said on his radio show a "very good source" told him that McCabe had rejected the offer, after which Durham impaneled a grand jury in Washington, D.C.

"This is what I was told by a very, very, good source. No, not the attorney general. No, not the U.S. attorney. Remember, I worked at Justice years ago, so I know a lot of people. Could be wrong, but I'm told it's pretty solid. That is that Durham offered McCabe a pre-indictment plea agreement and McCabe turned it down, so they impaneled a grand jury in Washington, D.C.," Levin said Friday.

While acknowledging that he did not have first-hand information, Levin hinted that CNN — where McCabe became a contributor in August — was aware of this, and he challenged the media to "go ahead and check this out."

McCabe's legal team denied Durham had made any such offer. “Any assertion that Andrew McCabe was offered a plea deal is 100% false," a representative for McCabe told the Washington Examiner.

Durham's office declined a request for comment.

Is this what was meant by the 17th letter insider: “no deals”?

If you want to see Andrew McCabe prosecuted for his offenses, there's only one way to ensure that it will happen:

Name Andrew McCabe as Trump's National Security Adviser.

“his sources had tipped him off about indictments coming this week”

They probably came, but immediately got sealed along with the 200 billion other sealed indictments for all the lizard people child molesters who are wearing ankle bracelets while secretly being tried by military tribunals at Guantanamo in absentia.

“Wasn’t it just last weekend that Joe DiGenova was telling someone”

And wasn’t it just a few months ago that Joe said the Comey report would be a bombshell, etc. Maybe it’s time to admit Joe is huckster?

‘Bombshell’ report on James Comey coming in two weeks, Joe diGenova says

I can only imagine that DiGenova’s completely compromised. Why again was it he and his wife were going to be attorneys for Trump and then reversed it a day after that was announced?

The DOJ and every one of its sub agencies need to be SHUT DOWN!

Their very existence is an insult to freedom and a mockery of truth.

Mark Levin is just as wrong about this as he is that Cubanadians are natural born citizens of the USA.

There are no raids, no lawyers speaking out, no Grand Juries.

It’s all BS.

And Biden has already been cleared. The powers that be don’t want him prosecuted. It’s just that simple.

I don't think DiGenova is compromised. I think he's just full of sh!t a lot when he's on TV. But that's OK -- because TV is a bullsh!t media format by design.

I thought it was pretty well understood that DiGenova and his wife could not represent Trump because of a conflict of interest. They were representing other clients in ongoing Mueller/DOJ-related matters that presented a conflict.
