Question then becomes, does the remaining majority “Deep State” have enough influence, to help and persuade these foreign jurisdictions not to cooperate, with the few current U.S. officials going after them.
In Comey’s case, if he isn’t somewhere else in the Pacific, would our “deep state” then rely on the argument, they don’t want to risk wrecking our FVEY relationship, and pressure everyone else to go along...

Post #9 - all Shiesehole and/or Muslim countries. The traitors may consider Kuwait or Bahrain. I’ve been to both of those nations, and despite the wealth they still suck. The Deep State criminals want to go to Switzerland, not Eritrea or Burkina Faso.
A lot of those places have a lot of violence or not much in the way of law enforcement. Terrible things could happen there...
