Perhaps..but I don't lay down while sleeping because I have to make sure my head and nose is open to plenty of air. And my spine can't be on a flat surface.

Was told to sleep in a lounger when allergies and my chest was congested. Keeps head clear.

Ive had to do that before but I dont sleep well in a recliner.

My doc says for me to sleep elevated to help my lymphedema. I try, but my neck starts hurting and I scoot down. I have to sleep on my sides because I have sleep apnea when I’m on my back.
