Was told to sleep in a lounger when allergies and my chest was congested. Keeps head clear.

I woke up one morning over 30 years ago and I went into extreme pain lifting up to get out of bed. A light went off in my head. If one did this every morning they would have back pain in no time. So that is when things changed for me. And when I really failed the bone density test the first thing my doctor said...I bet your having really bad back pain, aren't you?

I said no, not at all. She was really surprised. I was also sitting 10 hours a day at work in a chair I had straight up..with double stick tape on the edge of the cushion area. That way I couldn't slip down in my chair as the day went on. People around me thought I was crazy..but they were the ones complaining about back pain all the time.
