My doc says for me to sleep elevated to help my lymphedema. I try, but my neck starts hurting and I scoot down. I have to sleep on my sides because I have sleep apnea when I’m on my back.

You need a soft neck support as I have suggested. It rest your neck and lines up your spine. I wear it a lot inside my home. Wear it somewhat loose but enough for it to push upward as a cushion for your bottom head area and neck....But then I'm in a chair. Since my husband has been on his machine for sleep apnea he also sleeps in a large over-size chair.
