Many pics at the link of thousands of these buried blades that will never decompose.

Is there any 'green technology' that is Erf-friendly?

I saw this coming years ago. That’s why I’ve always advocated for 100% green power generated by dancing unicorns. Greta Thunberg, are you listening?

Oil and gas (so-called fossil fuels) are the most “organic” products that exist. They come from the earth, with few man-made changes to them, and return to nature.

Laying them flat like that insures the sand over them will never quite stop settling.

Why don't they stand them on end and use them for outer walls on government buildings?

I'm thinking they would be perfect for schools and prisons...

Can’t we just burn them? Isn’t carbon fiber and fiberglass flammable?

While burning them may release toxic gasses into the atmosphere, it’ll be much shorter lived than all the growing piles of discarded blades strewn around... /Sarc, kinda.

In Europe they are working to recycle them. Even using them to make playground apparatus.

2nd Peter chapter 3. God will get rid of them when He destroys Earth as we know it, by fire. Everything on Earth will be burned up. Then new heavens and a new Earth will replace what’s here now. All the old must go, because it was contaminated with sin. Only new and pure can go into Eternity. Read all about it.

Except it’s bullshit, they are being recycled:

https://resource-recycling.com/plastics/2019/03/27/company-expands-wind-turbine-recycling-operation/

Along with boats and other fiberglass crap that’s made in far greater volume and which has been put in landfills for decades.

Conservatives need to come up with some kind of Disclaimer Time Capsule to explain to future civilizations that all the CRAP they’re uncovering was not created by ALL AMERICANS, but by a group of unbelievably stupid liberals.

The blades actually can be "recycled," and I know a guy who works for the only company that does it. However, the "recycling" essentially consists of breaking down the old blade into transportable pieces and re-using and re-processing the material to make new blades - kind of like re-cycling old newsprint.

However, it is true that a lot of the old blades are piling-up in landfills because it's easier and cheaper to just make new ones instead of recycling the old ones. That's why my friend's company is struggling a bit.

Looks like a CAT 8 or 9 Dozer, and those blades dwarf it.

Who cares if they can’t be recycled. Bury them in an out of the way place and pretend they are rocks. The only concern would be if they degraded to a toxic chemical that seeped into the water table. Plenty of places where that won’t happen.

They would make nice louver-like Sun roofs for pavilion shelters, to keep the homeless people in the Mojave desert.

From what I can glean on the internet, the darned things are practically eternal and don’t deteriorate. Why not drill holes in the darned things and dump them in the ocean where they can provide habitat for seat critters?
