I vote we let these threads proceed organically as they have. We lost a very good poster who, imho, felt he could/should direct the thread, for whatever reason.
I appreciate slides that post articles, or memes, or music that celebrate our POTUS. If I am not interested in a slide I simply scroll past.
We are all part of Q’s Army and if there is one thing I am sure of, Q+ has no problem with us having fun along the way!

I view this thread as a dysfunctional family that still works to preserve the family legacy. Almost like the Hapsburgs only without ALL the inbreeding.
I view Ochokun as a work gathering, everyone showing up to accomplish their tasks for the betterment of the “boss”.

I’m not against fun. I do it too. My suggestion is to focus more on being the news right now and less on personal interests and anecdotes. I love a good meme as much as the next FReeQ. I’m just thinking of the curious newbies who come here looking for Q proofs.
But I really do understand your point. I love the fun on these threads too. Just think it should be Q related. Q IS posting regularly. Perhaps Ransomnote will weigh in and give guidance...

Sorry, let me go off a little bit, here. Nothing personal intended.
But, “Scroll on by” is not and never was the Rule. Not here. It works cheerfully for the Forum. Private Messaging has a purpose (Common courtesy). Respect for the thread. Q has cool and humor, but come on, the random stream of conscious has increased and needs to stop.
Washing this particular thread with idle chat that SHOULD go to a PM is rude, disruptive, inconsiderate, and it is becoming divisive, for those who are not appreciating it or that it’s being promoted, so that we can all “get to know each other better”.
There should not be so much chat that when Anyone dares to complain they are directed to “slide on by”. Incidentally, that scroll-on-by business has been a major complaint of this thread from outsiders. Many do work, and want to depend on the Thread for dependable and speedy, hard news that is Q related.
The Legacy of Q Thread has never been pro-Chat. Not Until very recent months. Q is not Chat and POTUS tweets are not chat. News events are not chat and this thread was not designed to develop into an “organic” coffee klatch of clackers.
A slider would get burned, nearly instantly. Now, it’s become.. like, Never.
There is another thread on FR for that stuff, imho, that discusses Trump stuff, and where they happily even take pictures of food entrees and give dishwasher tips and everyone says “Good Morning” in pages, and “Good Night”.
Lots of the guy Freepers were over here. Look around, now.
