I truly needed some quiet after the last week, so made this last night from Daily Mail landscape images to "If Ye Love Me" by Thomas Tallis.
The electrical outlets are a fixture in a lot of parking lots all over Canada. If you want to start your car in the morning you better have plugged in your electrical oil pan heater the night before. It sure beats the alternative of building a small fire under the engine.
Bump
I just spent the last 90 minutes or so composing a reply and gathering links, and, I closed out some browser tabs, closing out my post by accident. ARRRRRG !
Let’s try this again. A few links...
Eric Whitacre’s Virtual Choir - ‘Lux Aurumque’

The ensemble version of ‘Lux Aurumque’

I find the ensemble version to have somewhat more definition in the individual vocal parts but both versions are great. The sopranos pick up and hold a high G# for the last 70 seconds of the piece. Major goosebumps !
In the same vein, Tchaikovsky’s - ‘Hymn of the Cherubim’
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPlK5HwFxcw
Eric Whitacre’s “Deep Field -

And, for something completely different - Eric Whitacre’s Virtual Choir 4: ‘Fly to Paradise’

Hope you enjoy !

Oh, no! You mean it was reasonable?
Back over fifty years ago when I was married to first husband - an absolutely wonderful man - we got a British Racing Green MGB. Lovely car except that it broke the back end loose going around corners in the city and you rode tilted with only one wheel in a rut in winter. Also impossible to start in the winter. So first husband would slide a BBQ grill under it to start it. I always wondered why it didn’t explode. Who knew that was the sensible thing to do?
I promise I will go through them all. And thank you for all the trouble you’ve taken. Twice.
Ive put the peaceful landscape video up onto my website so that it can be downloaded. Better quality than you get from YouTube. If there’s any other videos that should be up there for downloading, let me know. I’d say 60 percent of my videos are up on my site and downloadable.

Oh, thanks. I wondered what it was heating.
I think I’ve heard of those up in MN but I’ve never been that far north in the winter.
