While we might switch to a plant-based diet with the best intentions, the unseen risks of vegan fast foods might not show up for years.
They might sound like a guilt-free alternative or a gateway for the vegan-curious, but vegan fast food alternatives are often worse for your health than the meat equivalent.

You would think the veggie lefties, who claim to be all knowing, would know that...???
Likewise, controlled burning greatly lessens out of control forest fires, hunting to control over population is a good thing, legal gun owners reduce crime not raise it...Man made climate change is a myth..again and again..they are just wrong.
From what I’ve read or seen somewhere (maybe it was youtube, I don’t remember), some of that stuff was created in a laboratory, and manufactured artificially. “my vegan employees”

MEN,don’t eat Tofu. It will turn you into a soyboi. LOL!
Actually, i don’t hate it..but men do have to watch not to eat to much.
cut it up into small cubes..pan fry it until it’s golden brown..takes awhile.
add some mix veggies. Add a little soy sauce, garlic powder and hot sauce.
It’s not to bad.
Everything in moderation, my FRiend! :-)
“Garlic powder and hot sauce”
Well, THERE ya go! Those ingredients can save ANYTHING! hahaha
Eat what you want, and die like a man.
What is life without an occasional cheeseburger and milkshake? :)
I was friends for 60 years with an ardent vegetarian. He died at age 63, massively malnourished and horribly overweight. His malnourishment and soy abuse caused him gnawing hunger that he satisfied with sugary treats.
yep, and Ranch Dressing.:)
