Don’t recall my network stuff. What does the extra ‘.’ do?
It allows for naming a second file as
\\In God We Trust.png\ (one dot) Not certain of it does something else within a network/share-point environment.

Just kind of thinking out loud here. Its been a while...but I don’t cant think of anything that would recognize that as a valid format.
It is used in network stuff as “relative path”. That would be an inaccurate usage technically but maybe we aren’t supposed to be looking at it as such. “Relative path” maybe is the phrase we are supposed to pick up? As in, Hunter->Joe or Nancy->whatsitsface, which then might be a hint that something big is happening regarding Ukraine.

Then IPNG is IPv6 which could relate to HRCs servers and its files and some action being taken related to that.
In that vein, maybe we are supposed to pick up on the fact that IPNG is Next Generation which would lead one to think about CNGI (Chinese Next Generation Internet). China is quite proud that everything that can be linked is being linked, including (especially?) street cameras. Maybe we are supposed to be looking back at some of those DiFiChiSpy related shots that kind of looked like they were from street cameras.
I have some odds and ends tumbling around in my head as to how this could relate to Tao at CEBC but those aren’t fully formulated thoughts yet and its late.
One other thought quick, “not a valid format.” I could have sworn I read that phrase somewhere today in relation to the impeachment. “Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there”...when it was all over, which would be something like “acquittal is a done deal and our country is still standing.” A guarantee to the end of the hoax pointing us to the next step.
