Might be top officials leaving with their families. I have no proof... just a thought.
The factories are supposed to start operating in China about now their time, and I would bet there are now severe shortages of workers who have decided to stay home.
The holiday is over, although some normally stay out of work an extra day or two.

I heard a doctor say that the anti-bacterial alcohol gels won’t kill the virus. Don’t rely on them, use soap and water very frequently, wear gloves.
