that tweet has me a little shook up. clearly they are trying to indicate a dead naked body floating in water. ALthough in reality it just might be someone drunk floating in water...but that is not their reference. And then to say Good Night America from an official embassy twitter account.

WTF???

I hope somebody in DC is trying to figure out what is going on...and I don’t mean the type of ego driven State Dept members we saw testify.

From the position of the head and arms the guy looks quite alive. Can't tell if he's wearing a light colored swimsuit.

It may just be an embassy staffer prank-tweeting about how tough Russians are, swimming in cold water in the winter. (While so many Americans are freaked out about silly stuff like "climate change".)

This is probably even hacking. Why trust anything electronic? So easy to fake.
