Yesterday, China was already running out of test kits (don’t know what all a kit involves or why it needs a kit). If the kits are being provided by WHO, then the world is running out of them.

I would state the obvious, that being much of the people in N. Korea are already malnourished, ill. Even many of the military. Such folks stand little hope of survival...
And N95 masks have a use by date...I know. I checked mine last night...
You can also use respirator-type cartridge masks with N95 or N100 cartridges.
And I purchased some more N95 facial masks with the embedded exhale valve — makes it much easier to wear the mask while walking or exercising. $2 each in carton of 10.
Nothing happens to the masks if they are in secure storage and sealed in a plastic wrapper — as they normally are.
I’ll be happy to take your old ones if you were going to throw them away.
It’s funny that the people who don’t trust anything the government does, see conspiracy everywhere, take the ChiComs at face value and totally truthful.

Don’t confuse people with rational thought and information.
Do you think the Chinese authorities are lying about the 50M+ people they’ve got quarantined?
Or that our State Department is lying about evacuating their peeps?
Do you think the Chicoms would ‘rashly’ destroy their economy over the flu or a sniffle or two?
