Recommendations have been reviewed, built upon and agreed to since first introduced at the Event 201 pandemic exercise conducted in October 2019 that featured a fictional coronavirus igniting a major pandemic and 15 global corporate and health stakeholders from key industries responding.
US CDC lab isolated coronavirus from human subjects in 2007. Patent was granted to USA (owner) shortly thereafter.

I think this link you provided may be very important.
I have been smelling a big fat globalist RAT in this all day, even before seeing your article, because of the extreme reaction of the stock market — way out of scale compared with market reactions to previous epidemic scares, even SARS, Ebola etc.
My first thought was that China wanted a COVER STORY for their failing economy. But now ... Bill & Melinda Gates enter the picture ... globalists of the first order.
