The abbreviation that other poster and I were talking about (pCR) is a biopsy summary term that means Pathology: Complete Response. It is given when the post surgical biopsies come back with no sign of cancer remaining to say that it appears the Chemo worked, within that patient, to give a complete response and everything looks great.
I have issues with what I am still to do and did endure, but to have that pCR is a Grand Slam Home Run. To get that with Stage 3 at 71 is beyond happy.
