I have some bacon I thawed in the fridge, I think I’ll give it a try and I’ll let you know. I was trying to save it for a special occasion because Once I cook a pound of beef bacon at least half of it disappears with everybody snacking. Including the cats and dogs. Well Trump been acquitted and his marvelous State of the Union speech, can’t get an occasion much better than that. Excluding his reelection of course.

I cook bacon in the microwave and what I don’t use I freeze in freezer bags.
I mentioned I tried to cook a pound of bacon in the oven the other day, on racks over pans.
The houses smelt terrible for 3 days.
