He made that same statement on TV ad a few years ago. Whether a new ad or rerun—he did say it as far as I know. No one ever claimed it was a fake.
My query didn’t translate well......and I have apologized over and again.

All three sons have rejected their father’s life work/ ideas
I believe all three claim to be atheist now
