Judge Garaufis (NXIVM) rules for prosecution in Keith Raniere’s sentencing case. Witnesses will not have to publicly reveal identities to testify at the sentencing hearing.
Raniere and his lawyers will still get a list of full names (no doubt Keith knows them all), but they won’t be part of the pubic record. Revealing their names would put them at risk from Claire and Sara Bronfman’s ‘lawfare’ teams of lawyers.
This is a good thing.
