I’m taking a lesson from the Horowitz report and Comey’s statement on HRC.
To wit, the official announcement will be, “Somethings went wrong but...nothing to get upset over.”
Then we dig into the report and find a complete listing of violations.
Why is it done that way? Because it DOESN’T rise to double jeopardy. HRC can still be tried for her NATSEC violations.

I like that thinking!

But they need to get her indicted while shes still on this side of sod. I am hoping that her and other indictments are scheduled for Mid November. No point in stirring things up until the election is over I suppose.

when does statute of limitations start?
From the first find or from the last...or is(are?) there any statute of limitations?
I suppose it depends on what she would be indicted for?
