For what it’s worth, White Settlement is a small town on the west side of Fort Worth. It sits outside the main gate of Air Force Plant Number 4 which is operated by Lockheed-Martin (formerly General Dynamics) and is home of the F-16 Falcon. I worked there during the 1980s.
