Marie Yovanovitch was Ambassador to Armenia from 2008-2011. Coincidence?
She was also Amb to Kyrgystan before that from 2005-2008. Wasn’t that about the time all that weird construction was going on there? Cabal-city type stuff? I think we dug on that in mid-2018.
