What are your rights regarding Christmas and religious expression in the workplace? Answers from an ACLJ attorney.
Here in SoCal we are not allowed to celebrate any holidays nor birthdays. We do, however walk on the wild side and wish each other a Merry Christmas. I miss the America of my youth.
But yeah, you’ll be providing prayer rooms and prayer breaks for your muslim employees - at the risk of being sued. Or worse.
Excellent.
We get far more Merry Christmas here (Idaho) than the awful Happy Holidays. Theres no PC fear here.
I left a company so hostile to Christians that I was reported to HR for “proselytizing”. I was actually explaining the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University program we were in and repeated his tag line “God’s ways of handling money”.
After the Obgerfell decision, the company had parties to celebrate, and managers could publicly bash evil conservatives and Christians as bigots and the source of all the problems in the world. And if you wanted a raise or promotion, you have to agree with far left diversity statements and SHOW how you furthered said political goals in the workplace.
