Hello management of Walmart. It's time. I've been posting that for quite a while here on Free Republic and have been waiting for a battle to pick and I'm picking it with you Walmart. I have been to four different Walmarts in the area over the past 3 days and noticed you have kept your word and have ceased selling handgun ammo. I am calling on ALL CHL holders to help me in this effort and I rarely do something like this, if ever.
Walmart, you need to immediately (that is within 2 weeks) begin re-stocking and selling handgun ammo no matter what the liberal leftists say. They are not going to quit shopping at Walmart and neither are the conservatives. However, I have another idea for you. If a CHL holder is in one of your stores or parking lots ANYWHERE and someone is threatened or is being shot or shot at, do NOT go to that person's aid if you are a CHL holder. Protect ONLY yourself and your immediate family and get off of Walmart property and do not go back.
If, Walmart, you are not going to sell handgun ammo to law-abiding citizens, then those law-abiding citizens should NOT provide ANY defense to ANYONE on Walmart property until the company changes its policy regarding handgun ammunition sales. No discussion, no debate, no long term arguing about it. Start selling handgun ammo and check the age of the buyer and/or require a CHL before you sell someone ammo. Whatever you do, start selling handgun ammo again.
I will NOT pull my handgun to defend ANYONE at Walmart and especially not management should a life-threatening situation occur until your no handgun ammo sales policy is reversed. I am calling on my CHL brothers and sisters to communicate this to Walmart management in every store you patronize. This actually should go for any establishment with that type of policty. Let's get this done.

and Second, they milk you for even more revenue by the amount of rent you have to pay on that right.
Yes, you're probably right. Walmart has submitted to terrorism. The terrorist kills to force policy change. In this case, the terrorist succeeded. What happens next, does some psychopathic liberal, leftist will shoot up a Cabela's or Academy for instance to get them to stop selling guns/ammunition? Those who oppose my view have no leg to stand on, period.
Walmart has allowed a lawbreaker to set policy instead of protecting the rights of law-abiding citizens who would defend them, their customers and people everywhere. They are causing US hardship when we've done nothing wrong. Nope, not gonna take it anymore.

You nailed it there. Drunk driving causes FAR more deaths than did that idiot who shot up the Walmart in El Paso. However, the liberals would start a war if retailers cut off liquor sales.
Take a breath - plenty of places to buy ammo...I won’t let an innocent suffer and go undefended just because they happen to be on Walmart property and I doubt you would either....it would make you petty and spiteful like the enemy we fight every day.

Too bad that they wouldn’t discount the politically incorrect ammunition. I think individual Walmart managers have discretion about pricing. I know they do on other products.

I’ve heard stories of people being denied ammo in CA. if they didn’t have weapons (registered) in the caliber they were attempting to purchase. Bugs in the system, or are things that f’ed up on purpose?
Nope! Even if they change their policy I still won’t ride to the ‘sound of the guns’.
One can’t reduce one’s risk of serious injury or death in a gunfight to 0% nor can one reduce one’s risk of spending the rest of your life amongst dangerous and unpleasant people to 0%.(Andrew Branca again). Neither are worth the risk. Walmart’s policies are irrelevant to my decision.

That is correct. Many conservatives do not know how to handle this type of conflict. This is becoming a total war, the worst kind. The left apparently wants this. We are simply going to have to bring them what they do not realize they are seeking. So many do not realize the depth of evil of these people, they really do NOT know how bad they are.
I have worked for the Federal government AND the public schools. Conservative Americans do NOT know what they are facing. They really do NOT know. The leftist liberals in the nation are going to finish off the conservative leadership and then go after the so-called conservative citizenry with no backbone to stand up against them. We are going to become something like Venezuela and/or Cuba.
We are too busy criticizing each other and fighting with each other to ever defeat them. Notice how they stick together no matter what? We are going to need to advocate for, and take, strong action to settle all of this. There is no in between.
No, they don't. ALL Walmarts are selling out of ALL handgun ammo and short-barreled rifle from existing stock and are NOT replenishing the warehouses. Seems like a lot of folks do not realize that. They marked ammo down this past weekend and it went like hotcakes. Gone.
Criminals, always one step ahead of the law, will put surveillance on those who ship from warehouses and will probably organize a big heist of several trucks at once, thousands of rounds of ammo headed for retailers still selling it. When that happens, the government will shut down all remote warehouse shipping sales of ammo and only allow supply to the government at all levels. They will supply the security for THEIR ammo to arrive safely. The public is eventually going to find buying ammo nearly impossible.
All I saw was a big hole where the 5.56 and 7.62x39 used to sit. On either side were 9mm and .45 ACP. This was probably a month ago. Super WalMart on Oregon coast.
Walmart needs to hear from CHL holders...there are thousands of us. Why isn't the NRA suggesting this? I thought they were for gunowners. Is the corruption about the NRA true?
